Experiencing stress is a normal part of our lives. A small amount of stress when attempting challenging work can actually be helpful. It can lead to increased alertness, energy and productivity. However, a complete lack of stress can lead to decrease in motivation and performance.
Everyone experiences stress. There’s nothing wrong with your teenage child if they’re experiencing stress. But it can cause problems when it goes on for too long, or when your teenager has more stress than they can cope with.
