Your daughter's primary school will provide instructions about the Expression of Interest process in Term 1.
Parents will submit an expression of interest online or on paper, indicating the chosen high school for Year 7.
If your daughter currently does not attend a NSW Public School, you can access the Expression of Interest form via our online enrolments page.
Expressions of interest for Year 7 are due by 31 March. However, we do accept applications after this date. Please contact us if you have any queries.
We invite all prospective students to the Riverside Girls High School Open Day held in March each year.
If you miss our open day or wish to visit us again, our school principal Ms Louise McNeil hosts personal tours on Fridays at 9:30am. These tours are for prospective students of any age. Please contact us or use our online form to make a booking.

High Potential and Gifted Education Program
At Riverside, we offer the opportunity for students to apply to be placed in our High Potential and Gifted Education (HPGE) Program.
For the new Year 7 intake, a HPGE Information Evening will be held at the end of Term 1. Applications will open after this even and a link to register will be available on the school's website. Applicants will take a test one Saturday in Term 2 and those who are successful in this round will be invited to an interview.
School contributions
In NSW public schools, all financial contributions are voluntary. Every student has full access to the curriculum, regardless of whether contributions are made.
For more information, see Voluntary school contributions on the Department of Education's website.
