Max Potential connects emerging young leaders (aged 16 – 22) with local community leaders.
The program runs over six months with one-on-one coaching, workshops and a focus on delivering community service projects to make a difference in the local region.
Recently The Epping Club hosted the 2018 showcase where young leaders showcased their projects in booths and were presented with certificates.
During 12 years, Max Potential has developed an enviable reputation as a world-class coaching program. It was created in partnership with the registered clubs industry peak association, ClubsNSW, and today is offered via many not for profit registered clubs throughout NSW. There is also significant support from local business, community, media and all levels of government.
Congratulations to Grace B., Grace F., Emily S., Zahlee F and Olivia G. for their enthusiasm, creativity and endurance over the six months of the Max Potential initiative.
We would like to pay our respects and acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land and also pay respect to Elders both past and present.
